An adaptable modular system of interlocking fire-retardant, rubber-coated fibreglass panels that forms a pressurised containment barrier around a hot work site.
Positive Pressure
Continuous overpressure keeps flammable gas out — alarms below 25 Pa differential and 0.4 m³/s airflow.
Total Containment
Sparks and ignition sources stay inside 550 °C-rated antistatic, zero-halogen panels.
Automatic Shutdown
15-channel gas detection with explosion-proof auto shutdown, tool stops and up to 10 remote ESD buttons.
How It Works
From Hazard to Safe Envelope
The habitat separates ignition sources from flammable substances using two key principles: pressurisation keeps hazardous gases outside the enclosure, while containment keeps sparks and ignition sources inside.
